Hm, how to sum yourself up in a paragraph or two. I am… a mother, a wife, a professional, an amateur gardener, a beginner crafter, an avid reader, a wannabe writer, a traveller, and a web junkie – not necessarily in that order. I have four children, my son P (born in autumn 2007) and my daughter M (born in late spring 2010) and my twins B & C (born in the spring of 2013). I live with my husband J in East Vancouver.
As well as just talking about me, and things that interest me, I love to cook, so sometimes I talk about the meals I’m making for my family. I’m also getting back into sewing after a long respite, so sometimes I talk about the stuff I’m making. I don’t claim to be an expert in either field, but sometimes making mistakes along the way (many of which will be chronicled here, I’m sure) is the best way to learn.
